Eligibility & account basics
helpKNX is a hospitality hiring marketplace operated from and primarily serving the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform honestly and to follow applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else.
- Don't post listings, profiles, resumes, or messages that are unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
- Don't scrape, abuse, or interfere with the service or other users.
Candidate accounts
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, work history, and your communications with employers.
- Applying to a job shares your profile, your current resume, and your work history with that employer from the moment you submit your application.
- You can edit or delete your profile, resume, and work history at any time. Past application records may be retained for the employer's records and for our audit log.
Employer accounts
- Employer accounts are reviewed by helpKNX before listings can go live.
- You're responsible for posting accurate role information, including compensation range, schedule, and venue location.
- You're responsible for following applicable hiring law (anti-discrimination, wage, classification, etc.).
- Candidate information you access through helpKNX — including names, contact email, resumes, and work history — is for evaluating that application only. Do not redistribute, sell, or use it for purposes outside that hiring decision.
- helpKNX may suspend or remove listings, or suspend employer accounts, that violate these terms.
What helpKNX provides — and doesn't
helpKNX is the platform. We connect candidates with employers, and we provide tooling to manage the conversation. We do not employ candidates, we are not party to any employment contract, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any listing, profile, or resume. We do not parse or evaluate the contents of uploaded resumes — storage only.
Service scope
- Payments, in-platform messaging beyond the application surface, a full gig marketplace, native mobile apps, and a virtual fair portal are not part of helpKNX today.
- Features may change as the platform matures; material changes will be announced here.
